Inverse ETF Lists
We have assembled several, fully categorized, inverse ETF lists, comprising over 150 inverse ETFs, alternative and hedged ETFs. Our goal is to help investors prepare for the bear market ahead. Our inverse ETF list includes various asset classes (inverse equity ETFs, inverse bond ETFs, inverse commodity ETFs and volatility ETFs). We will attempt to add and categorize new inverse ETFs to this list as they are launched.
Our inverse ETF lists include not only large-cap indexes such as the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index, the Dow Jones Industrial Average or NASDAQ 100 Index, but also various sectors we believe may be overvalued such as financials, technology, health care, biotechnology and energy.
This section provides not only inverse ETF lists, but also various alternative ETFs, currency hedged ETFs and bear ETFs designed to minimize downside risk and protect capital. Some alternative ETFs have hedge fund type strategies including long-short, market neutral and downside hedged. Some funds hedge out the underlying currency to offer a more pure play investment for the dollar-based investor. Some alternative ETFs are designed to hedge all fiat currencies through the use of long gold futures contracts. We hope you take some time and browse the list to see what type of hedged and inverse ETFs are out there so you can make an informed decision regarding whether they are right for your particular risk profile or situation.
